How do I book if I don't know the final numbers yet?

For large group at our Blacktown and Brookvale venues, a deposit from $30 per person is required to secure your spot. The final balance will be charged within 14 days of your booking date. For large groups at Alexandria, please see below the deposit required, depending on the number of people you have: 8-15 people – minimum deposit required is for 8 people 16-30 people – minimum deposit required is for 16 people 31-45 people – minimum deposit required is for 31 people 46-60 people – minimum deposit required is for 46 people 61-75 people – minimum deposit required is for 61 people

When do I tell you my final numbers?

We will reach out to you a week prior to your event, otherwise, please let us know a few days prior. For bookings at our Blacktown and Brookvale venues the final balance will be charged within 14 days of your booking date so you can let us know your final numbers prior to the 14th day.

Our HR Department requires a Risk Assessment?

We can supply this and also a copy of the pre-arrival waiver. Simply email us at hello@kissmyaxe.com.au.

Can we order food at the venue?

Other than snacks, all food must be pre-ordered at least 48 hours prior or at the time of booking. You can purchase alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks at the venue or setup a Bar Tab.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Cash and all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and Amex are accepted. Afterpay is also accepted. If your company can only pay via EFT with an Invoice, we can also accommodate this. Reach out to our Customer Service Team at hello@kissmyaxe.com.au
