Axe Throwing Sessions and Packages
Full Booking Cancellations
A full refund, including any deposit paid, is available if your booking is cancelled at least 14 days before your original booking date.
Cancellations made with less than 14 days’ notice are subject to the applicable minimum booking charge.
If your deposit does not cover the minimum booking charge, the remaining amount may be charged to the card on file.
All cancellation requests must be received in writing via email. If your booking has been transferred, the cancellation policy continues to apply from the original booking date.
No Shows
If you do not attend your booking without prior notice, no refund or credit will be provided.
Refunds for Group Size Changes
If your group size decreases, at least 7 days’ written notice is required for any refund or adjustment. The applicable minimum booking charge will still apply.
Exceptions requiring 14 days’ notice:
- 4-Hour Hosted Event Experience – Alexandria: All reductions.
- 2-Hour Social Group Experience – Brookvale: Reductions from 31+ guests to fewer than 31.
Refunds for reductions cannot be processed within the applicable notice period.
Transfer Requests
All transfer requests must be made via email and are subject to availability.
Axe Throwing 8+ & Ultimate Party Package
- 48+ hours’ notice: $50 transfer fee.
- Less than 48 hours: Applicable minimum lane charge.
Axe Throwing 2–7 & Family Package
- 48+ hours’ notice: Free transfer.
- Less than 48 hours: $50 transfer fee.
Axe Throwing & Glow Darts Package
- 48+ hours’ notice: $50 transfer fee.
- Less than 48 hours: Minimum charge for 6 guests.
4-Hour Hosted Event Experience – Alexandria
- 48+ hours’ notice: $50 transfer fee.
- Less than 48 hours: Applicable minimum booking charge (20 or 31 guests).
2-Hour Social Group Experience – Brookvale
- 48+ hours’ notice: $50 transfer fee.
- Less than 48 hours: Applicable minimum booking charge (20 or 31 guests).
Date Night & Two for Tuesday
- 48+ hours’ notice: Free transfer.
- Less than 48 hours: $50 transfer fee.
Minimum Booking Charges
Minimum booking charges are based on the experience and group size originally booked, subject to any changes made within the required notice period.
Axe Throwing – 2–7 People
Minimum charge for 2 guests.
Family Package
Minimum package charge for 4 guests.
Axe Throwing Tournament – 8+ People
- 8–15 guests → minimum charge for 8
- 16–30 guests → minimum charge for 16
- 31–45 guests → minimum charge for 31
- 46–60 guests → minimum charge for 46
- 61–75 guests → minimum charge for 61
- 76–91 guests → minimum charge for 76
These minimums determine the lanes reserved for your group and continue to apply if your numbers decrease.
Axe Throwing & Glow Darts Package
Available for 6–12 guests, with a minimum charge for 6 guests.
Ultimate Party Package
- 6–15 guests → minimum charge for 6
- 16–30 guests → minimum charge for 16
- 31–45 guests → minimum charge for 31
- 46–60 guests → minimum charge for 46
- 61–75 guests → minimum charge for 61
- 76–91 guests → minimum charge for 76
The applicable minimum charge still applies if guest numbers decrease.
4-Hour Hosted Event Experience – Alexandria
Minimum booking: 20 guests.
- 20–30 guests → minimum charge for 20
- 31–45 guests → minimum charge for 31
A 50% deposit is required for bookings made more than 14 days in advance, with the remaining balance due 14 days before your event. Bookings made within 14 days require full payment.
Final guest numbers must be confirmed at least 14 days before your event. The applicable minimum booking charge will still apply if numbers decrease.
Additional guests are subject to availability.
2-Hour Social Group Experience – Brookvale
Minimum booking: 20 guests.
- 20–30 guests → minimum charge for 20
- 31–50 guests → minimum charge for 31, including exclusive venue hire
If your booking is for 31 or more guests, at least 14 days’ notice is required to reduce below 31. Otherwise, the 31-person minimum charge will apply.
Reductions within the same booking tier require at least 7 days’ written notice for any refund or adjustment.
Additional guests are subject to availability.
Adding Extra Guests
If your group grows, please contact us as early as possible so we can arrange payment and ensure sufficient lanes and venue space are available.
Additional guests are subject to availability and venue capacity. We cannot guarantee participation for guests added without prior notice.
Glow Darts
Cancellations
Glow Darts bookings are non-refundable.
Transfers
At least 2 hours’ notice is required to transfer your Glow Darts booking to another available date or time.
If booked together with axe throwing, the standard Axe Throwing transfer terms and fees apply to the axe throwing portion.
Food & Bar Cancellations
At least 7 days’ written notice is required to cancel food or bar packages and receive a refund.
Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.
Where food or drinks are included in an experience package, that package’s cancellation terms apply.

Our beverage packages include a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for the stated package duration, commencing once your group moves upstairs to the function room after the Axe Throwing Tournament.
Beverage packages are subject to Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA). Drinks are served one at a time per person, and service may be refused or stopped where required under RSA obligations.
Guests must comply with venue staff directions at all times, and intoxicated guests will not be served alcohol.
Unused package time or drinks cannot be carried over, credited or refunded.
Non-alcoholic options are available throughout the package.

Change in Numbers for Axe Throwing Small and Large Groups
If your group size increases, please let us know as soon as possible and we will arrange an additional payment from you. Please note, if your group size exceeds lane capacity, the extra people coming along may not be guaranteed a spot, so please let us know ASAP.
If your group size decreases and you would like to request a refund for the difference, you are required to let us know within 7 days of your booking. Please keep in mind that the minimum lane fees will still apply.

Brookvale and Blacktown Only
We offer a $30 per person deposit option for Axe Throwing Large Group and Ultimate Party Package bookings made 14 days or more in advance.
If your session is within 14 days, full payment is required at the time of booking or at least the minimum lane fee, see below.
Final payment Any outstanding balance will be automatically charged to the card on file 14 days before your session.
All deposits are credited toward your final booking total.

2-7 people – minimum charge is for 2 people or 4 people on Saturdays at Alexandria
Minimum Lane Fee Axe Throwing Large Groups and the Ultimate Party Package
8-15 people – minimum charge is for 8 people
16-30 people – minimum charge is for 16 people
31-45 people – minimum charge is for 31 people
46-60 people – minimum charge is for 46 people
61-75 people – minimum charge is for 61 people
76-91 people – minimum charge is for 76 people

Walk-ins are welcome if we have a lane available, however we recommend booking online to secure your spot. Large Groups and Ultimate Party Package bookings must be booked in advance, as these experiences require a private host to be scheduled

We sure do! Our Alexandria venue has Karaoke upstairs in the Function Area! This area is open to the general public and customers in the venue.

Alexandria –
As well as Axe Throwing, you can also play Glow Darts, Giant Jenga, Mario Kart and hang out in the Function Area.
You can book Glow Darts on its own or add it to your Axe Throwing session for a smaller price per person
The Function Room, which is open to anyone in the venue, can also be hired privately for team presentations or just for fun!
The room includes a flatscreen TV with HDMI input, kitchenette and private toilet. There is also space to hook up the karaoke machine!
Brookvale –
As well as Axe Throwing, you can also play Glow Darts, Giant Jenga, Mario Kart or hire a Pool Table.
You can book Glow Darts or a Pool Table on its own or add it to your Axe Throwing session for a smaller price per person
Blacktown –

Absolutely anybody is allowed to throw an axe so long as:
- You’re wearing enclosed footwear
- You’ve signed a safety waiver
- You are over the age of 18 or a minor 11 years and up (accompanied by an adult 18+)
You are not intoxicated by alcohol or drugs.

Imagine darts on a much bigger scale. You only have one thrower at a time and in one direction so there is little that could go wrong.
We have implemented a number of safety measures and protocols to prevent any unforeseen injuries from occurring. This includes self-contained axe throwing lanes and a zero-alcohol policy. Plenty of time for drinks afterwards at the brewery next door.
Your safety is our top priority. Our expert coaches are trained to make you feel comfortable every step of the way.
You will be required to undertake our safety induction and training before beginning any throwing and then will have 1-on-2 coaching for the entire session to help make you feel more comfortable.

Yes, the minimum age to axe throw is 11 and all minors must be accompanied by an adult (18+)

Believe it or not, the axes are a lot lighter than you think – the lightest (and smallest) weighs in at just under 300g and our largest axes weighs up to 1kg.
Our professionally trained instructors will help you select the most suitable axe for the technique required.

Each venue operates under its own opening and closing hours. Please refer to the google hours for each venue.
All sessions are required to be booked online prior to arrival so please refer to the calendar for each session when booking online.

We have multiple locations across the Sydney area. You can easily book a spot online through our website. We have locations in Alexandria, Brookvale and Blacktown, so there’s sure to be an axe throwing venue near you!

You are most welcome to bring spectators along but please contact us first to confirm as we only have limited space in each venue!

Kiss My Axe is a 10-minute walk from Green Square Train Station (900m).
Alternatively, you can take Bus 370 which will drop you 2-minutes away from our venue.
Redfern Train Station is a 14-minute (1.2km) walk away. Bus 355 from the station or Bus 309 from Regent Street will drop you a few minutes away otherwise.
Brookvale
15 minute walk from Warringah Mall. Bus route 177, 177X and 176X stops opposite our venue, On street parking available.
Blacktown

We encourage all axe throwers and spectators to take public transport from either Green Square or Redfern Train Station to make your journey as simple as possible

Each session is jam packed with axe-tion, fun and games.
On arrival you’ll meet your coach who’ll give you a tour of our venue and take you through our safety induction.
Your private training session will then begin.
Our expert coaches will then guide you through the techniques and skills needed to hit the bullseye every time, and at the end of the tournament, a winner will be announced!
If you need a break from all the action, we’ve got delicious food packages to keep you energized, and a killer playlist to keep you pumped up. But that’s not all! We offer a range of other activities to keep the party going, making it the perfect choice for your next event.
All you need to bring is yourself and a pair of enclosed shoes, we supply the rest.

Unfortunately, we cannot extend booking times as we are running back to back sessions.
If you’re running late, please call and we will do our best to accomodate the full length of your session, that way we can ensure the time you have remaining is as axe-tion packed as possible!

Yes, bookings are essential to secure your lane.

All major credit cards including Visa and MasterCard are accepted including AMEX. Google Pay, Apple Pay and Afterpay are now also available via our online booking system.

Simply head to the session on our site you’d like to book and share the email invite with all your family and friends.
Once booked, all you need to remember is to arrive 15 minutes prior to your session time. That way we can get started and maximise your axe throwing time.
